The role involves

You will be part of a team together with class teachers and leisure-time pedagogues. The assignment includes working with students with ADHD and autism, and together with colleagues, creating a safe, accessible, and developmental learning environment that provides good conditions for learning, development, and participation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher and have experience working with students with ADHD and autism, as well as sign language support. You have a creative ability, think new thoughts, and dare to take initiative. You are a confident pedagogical leader and can see different perspectives. Your ability to structure, plan, organize, and follow up on pedagogical work based on existing steering documents is good. Creating respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues is important to you.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Other information and benefits

The position is a fixed-term appointment, holiday cover, full-time 100%. Start date 2026-08-10 until 2027-06-10. Selection, interviews, and appointments may take place continuously during the application period.
